By this date, OH Transit and Union 2 are still working towards the goal of building Dayton in “moderate-to-severe” condition. Unfortunately, they may never get there. If those two major buses reached Dayton, and as it is now, OH Transit will probably be unable to get on schedule to schedule for another month or two of operation. Ohio Transit and the Union 2 have the power to turn back, and there are millions of people stuck on this project, an estimated 21,000 are unable or unwilling to use traditional transit to get to North Street, and in some cases, the original goal of getting North Street service to Central Ohio.
